About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales in compliance with company standards through the guidance, motivation, and growth of on-floor resources. This role ensures personnel are distributed correctly according to flows and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

Guarantee the pursuit of qualitative/quantitative objectives of the plan assigned by the Store Manager.
Guarantee the development and growth of resources in coordination with the Tutor and Department Heads.
Guarantee the achievement of the store's productivity objectives implemented by the Store Manager.
Identify effective solutions to adapt the presence of resources on the floor to the needs of the customer/market.
Guarantee the acquisition and development of management skills for Department Heads.
Guarantee the motivation of the team in collaboration with management staff.
Guarantee the training and development of one or more department back-ups to ensure role coverage.
Collaborate with the Store Manager for effective commercial management of events.
Guarantee supervision of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Promote Role learning development through proactive, team, and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness/efficiency.
Promote, adopt, and develop the use of digital technologies within one's function for process management and relations with internal/external business interlocutors.
Adopt behaviors and promote operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, focusing on the Care of the Environment, Business Processes, and the Organizational Community.
