About the Role
Searcys is seeking an outstanding Chef De Partie to join their opening team at a spectacular new venue in Knightsbridge, London. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a modern luxury brand's vision, contributing to brand presence and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food to a high standard in any area required by senior chefs.
- Assist in any extra functions.
- Provide consistently high standards for functions and different dining areas.
- Manage Client Dining, restaurant/cafe, hospitality, and conference food offers when requested by senior chefs.
- Assist in the training of junior staff.
- Ensure smooth running of daily operations.
- Conduct hygiene and personal hygiene checks.
- Maintain staff food standards.
- Manage waste control.
- Ensure all Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements are adhered to as per the Searcys Health & Safety Policy.
- Comply with all legal requirements, including fire regulations, security, license requirements, and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.
- Fulfill any other reasonable request from Senior Management.
Requirements
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories.
- Support the Sous/Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the venue.
- Act as a mentor to the junior kitchen brigade.
