About the Role
Gain exciting insights into M&A, Private Equity, and Buy-and-Build strategies while actively participating in investment activities. From identifying potential targets and developing the deal pipeline to analysis and valuation, you will work closely with the management team of our Buy-and-Build platform and our Investment Team.
Responsibilities
- Directly support the team in the entire investment process of mid-sized private equity and M&A transactions.
- Identify, screen, and support the approach of potential acquisition targets within the Buy-and-Build strategy.
- Participate in modeling investment scenarios, financial models, and company valuations.
- Independently conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses as part of the due diligence of potential acquisition targets.
- Maintain and develop a qualified deal pipeline and participate in the entire M&A and Buy-and-Build strategy process.
- Create market, competitor, and company analyses, and prepare decision-making bases.
Requirements
- Student (m/f/d) of a Bachelor's (from 4th semester onwards) or Master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
- Initial practical experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, M&A, or management consulting.
- Confident demeanor, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Operational strength, quick comprehension, and the ability to recognize economic and technical interrelationships.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
