About the Role
As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management setup, working closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure smooth operations across all departments. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
- Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen
- Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance guests’ experience, taking on feedback
- Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel
- Oversee food service operations to maintain high-quality standards
Requirements
- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
