About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage and develop strategic key accounts in the healthcare market, collaborating closely with various company divisions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop innovative business solutions, and drive strategic growth projects, focusing on optimizing long-term customer relationships, evaluating contract profitability, and adapting to a dynamic market environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers within the German healthcare market.
  • Develop and implement business and account plans for Enterprise Accounts, GPOs, ASCs, and new hospital constructions in coordination with divisions.
  • Negotiate and manage long-term contracts, including financial modeling and pricing strategies, in collaboration with COE, Finance, Contracts, Pricing, and Tenders.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor monitoring, and regular business reviews.
  • Develop customized value propositions and partnership concepts to promote Stryker's market presence and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Market Access & Health Economics) for strategic positioning in healthcare.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and market penetration through innovative solutions and value-based procurement strategies.
  • Support new product launches and prepare the market early for future investments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within medical technology, such as sales, key account management, finance, business development, or marketing.
  • In-depth expertise in new customer acquisition and in contract and tender procedures.
  • Very good knowledge of the German healthcare market and experience working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, with strong economic understanding to drive company growth.
  • In-depth understanding of company-wide products, technologies, services, and business processes across all business units.
  • Confident negotiation skills at the senior management level.
  • Strong goal orientation, assertiveness, and resilience in a dynamic market environment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills for informed decision-making.
  • Strong customer focus and persuasive ability.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
