About the Role
Join Allen Motor Group's Parts Plus Centre in Romford as a Warehouse Operative. This role is crucial for picking and packing orders, managing stock, and processing returns, contributing to the efficiency of our parts distribution.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders for trade delivery
- Replenishing stock
- Processing returns
- Sort and place items on storage racks and shelves
- Collect items and prepare and complete orders for delivery
- Perform inventory controls via scanner
- Keeping an accurate and careful record of stock
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience within the automotive industry
- Previous experience with the Kerridge system
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Experience of working in a busy environment
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages
- MS office proficiency
