About the Role
The Therapeutic Residential Community of the Mother-Child Network of Prowo Berlin provides care for mentally ill mothers and their children (0-6 years). The focus is on strengthening mothers in their challenging life situations, promoting children's development, and improving the mother-child relationship. The team supports parents and children on their path back to independent living with a healthy relationship.
Responsibilities
- On-call duty in the therapeutic residential group in Kreuzberg from 7:30 PM to 8:30 AM (rest period in the night duty room from approx. 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Crisis intervention as needed
- Documentation and handovers to the day shift
Requirements
- Professional qualification as a childcare worker, social pedagogue, social worker, remedial teacher, psychologist, or a comparable qualification
- Experience working with mentally ill individuals
- Experience working with mothers and children
- Independent action competencies
- Appreciative attitude towards mothers and children in their challenging life situations

- Remuneration according to the company's own pay structure, based on TV-L SuE 2025
