About the Role
We are looking for a brand ambassador for the 25hours Hotels who can build strong customer relationships to make every event unforgettable. You will independently coordinate your daily tasks, support hotel projects, and assist the Sales team during absences. You will manage busy periods effectively and maintain an overview even when all hotel spaces are sold out.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for the 25hours Hotels.
- Build strong customer relationships to make every event unforgettable.
- Independently coordinate daily tasks and adhere to agreements, even with a busy schedule and inbox.
- Support various hotel projects and assist colleagues in the Sales team during their vacation.
- Maintain an overview when all hotel spaces are sold out and all lines are busy.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role within the event sector.
- Good English language skills.
- Ability to inspire people with our concept.
- Passionate salesperson.
- Proactive 'doer' attitude.
- Willingness to admit mistakes openly.
