Responsibilities
- Work in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified software engineers, UI/UX experts, Agile Coaches, and Product Owners on high-quality software solutions for complex and diverse problem statements.
- Develop sustainable concepts in direct collaboration with our customers, focusing on a scientific approach, and implement them iteratively and incrementally with your team.
- Live agile software development with us in Daily Scrums, customer reviews, and professional retrospectives with the support of our Agile Coaches.
- Gain an ever-better understanding of the principles and methods of high-end software engineering, such as Clean Code, automated tests, and code reviews, while integrated into your project team.
- Work self-organized in your project team and take responsibility.
Requirements
- Excellent Master's degree or PhD in a STEM field.
- Passion for software engineering in the age of AI.
- Ability to logically and analytically penetrate complex problems and derive and implement high-quality, functional models for reality.
- Practical experience in software development (e.g., in Python, Matlab, C++, Java).
- Quick comprehension and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies.
- First experience with 'AI for Software Engineering' (e.g., with Claude Code, Open Code, or GitHub Co-Pilot).
- Desire to use these tools in customer projects.
- Commitment to continuous self-development through internal tech talks, cross-team communities, conferences, research, etc.
- Open and honest communication, constructive criticism, and acceptance of feedback.
- Very good German and English skills (minimum C1 level) for clear and confident communication within the team and with partners.
