About the Role
As a Print Team Member, you’ll be focused on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction as you hit your service levels targets through service delivery excellence. Your positive "can-do" attitude, reliability, and excellent eye for detail will stand you in good stead as you manage a variety of documents and processes for blue chip and government clients.
Responsibilities
- Operating cut sheet production printers
- Operating mail inserters
- Sorting and preparing mail for lodgement with the post office
- Handling paper boxes up to 15kg
- Sorting incoming mail
- Opening incoming mail and prepare for scanning
- Scanning documents on desktop and track scanners
- Providing timely and accurate input into production reports
- Handling email queries
- Provide occasional relief cover for loading dock and concierge tasks
- Establishing and maintaining relationships within clients, suppliers, and team members to deliver service excellence
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet SLA
- Thrive on delivering accurate and timely document management services
- Enjoy working in a professional team environment
