About the Role
Accurately manage and process medical request forms to ensure smooth workflow, timely turnaround times, and high-quality patient care. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client telephone enquiries professionally and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders. Perform specimen reception and preparation activities, including labelling, centrifugation, aliquoting, and storage, ensuring specimens are processed accurately and ready for analysis. Operate pre-analytical processing equipment and assist with laboratory housekeeping, maintenance, and courier duties, including the transport of blood products and collection of specimens across the hospital.

Requirements
- Proven qualifications and/or practical experience in pathology or a related field
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude

- Ability to prioritise competing tasks, work independently, and adapt to multitasking and cross-training
