About the Role
As a Training Operations Specialist, you will ensure the smooth operation of our (funded) further education programs and, together with the team, maintain one of our most important KPIs – the graduation rate – at a high level. You will accompany participants on their learning journey, ensuring that our customers achieve their training goals and have the best possible learning experience with us. You will work closely with Sales, Coaching, Learning, and Engineering, use dashboards for data-based decisions, and take independent responsibility for projects that make our processes better every day.
Responsibilities
- Accompany participants organizationally through the entire further education cycle – from onboarding to completion.
- Reliably answer support requests and identify dropout risks early.
- Ensure smooth processes, continuously optimize them, and identify automation potential to increase the efficiency of internal processes and further develop our workflows.
- Act as a communication interface to participants and relevant stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Coaching, Learning, Engineering).
- Work data-orientedly and use dashboards daily to steer your tasks and make decisions.
- Independently take on projects, define Key Results, and work flexibly in changing processes.
Requirements
- Completed studies (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable) or a comparable qualification, as well as a good understanding of data and the meaningful use of AI for process automation and optimization.
- Technical affinity and quick familiarization with administrative tools.
- Genuine interest in data and AI topics and natural use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in your daily work to optimize processes and communication.
- Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with participants, customers, and colleagues (email, phone, webinar/meeting).
- Independent, self-responsible way of working, high self-motivation, team spirit, and enjoyment of agile methods.
- Very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills.
