About the Role

As a member of the Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems team, you will play a key role in driving Amazon’s business by monitoring data flow, meeting ticket SLAs, and driving root cause resolution for defects. You will support business teams worldwide by providing critical product support, conducting data research, and collaborating with technology and internal teams to improve workflows, interpret data, and enhance catalog quality.

Responsibilities

Monitor data flow and meet ticket SLAs.
Drive root cause resolution for defects.
Support Amazon business teams worldwide with critical product support.
Conduct data research.
Liaise with technology and other internal teams on workflow improvements, data interpretation, and data improvements.
Provide solutions that drive ongoing improvements to the quality of Amazon’s catalogs.
Create tools to help users get faster resolution to their problems.
Use problem-solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements.

Requirements
