About the Role
Samsung is seeking a Casual Retail Assistant for its Parramatta Store to provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with informed purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, embodying our commitment to delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.
- Stay updated on Samsung products and technology trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organised store environment.
- Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process after sales care Service Appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be an Australian or NZ citizen or hold an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.
