About the Role
Support revenue growth across independent agency clients through proactive sales activity, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and assist Client Partners in managing agency relationships and identifying opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support revenue growth across independent agency clients through proactive sales activity.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through research, outreach and follow-up.
- Assist Client Partners in managing agency relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Prepare responses to client briefs and develop proactive campaign proposals.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across sales, operations and client solutions teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Support campaign reporting, performance reviews and weekly sales activity tracking.
- Provide team, office administration and reception support while delivering a professional client experience.
Requirements
- Interested in the media industry, with exposure to sales, client service or administrative roles and a desire to develop commercial capability.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to build relationships with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive and accountable team player who thrives in a structured, target-driven sales environment.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and coordination skills.
