About the Role

The Trading Team collaborates with Account Management and Business Development to offer strategic recommendations for client retention and business growth. As a Trading Specialist, you will provide detailed performance and pacing recommendations, acting as a platform expert to educate clients and actively utilize the platform. The goal is to become a trusted consultant driving optimal performance for clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Management and Business Development to drive advertiser performance and account growth.
Become an expert on the Kokai platform experience.
Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues across Connected TV, Digital Audio, and Digital Out Of Home channels.
Provide feedback to Product Managers for platform and product improvements.
Utilize Excel and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data and create actionable insights.
Present data and insights to client stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with agency and brand direct stakeholders to drive business and meet client needs.
Work with agency traders and planners to set up campaigns and provide optimization recommendations.
Educate clients on new product updates, platform best practices, and industry news.

Requirements

3+ years of consultative, client-facing work within ad tech, digital marketing, finance, or other data-heavy industries.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in DSPs.
Comfortable with client management and day-to-day communication.
Strong ability to communicate complex topics to agency and brand-direct stakeholders.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize client asks and long-term projects.
Strong quantitative skills using tools such as MS Excel.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently on daily tasks.
Results and efficiency-driven, with a proactive approach to improvement using tools like AI.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
