About the Role
The Program for Aspiring Vertiv Engineers (PAVE) is Vertiv Asia's flagship early-career development program designed to develop the next generation of engineering and technical professionals. As a PAVE Associate (Technical Track), you will participate in a structured 12-month development journey combining technical training, project exposure, mentorship, rotational assignments, and hands-on learning across Vertiv's portfolio of critical infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of data center infrastructure fundamentals, critical power and thermal management solutions, industry trends and emerging technologies, Vertiv's products, services, and solutions, and technical and professional skills.
- Gain practical experience through engineering assignments, technical solution development, project support activities, customer and field exposure, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop broader business knowledge through customer requirements analysis, project lifecycle management, commercial and operational fundamentals, and understanding how technical solutions support business outcomes.
- Deepen expertise through advanced technical assignments, technical certifications and specialized learning, business-sponsored capstone project, and final role assessment and placement.
- Gain exposure across Engineering, Technical Sales Support / Pre-Sales, Technical Services, Service Delivery, Project Management, Product Applications, Commissioning & Start-Up Support, and Customer Technical Support.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Vertiv's solutions and how they are designed, implemented, and supported throughout the customer lifecycle.
