About the Role
Qureos transforms hiring from a months-long process into a days-long one using AI agents to source, screen, message, and interview candidates, saving recruiters significant manual effort and distributing roles across numerous job boards. This role is crucial for creating the first impression of Qureos's efficient hiring solution.
Responsibilities
- Design and build advertisements, landing pages, and motion graphics.
- Build landing pages using Webflow.
- Maintain a consistent visual language across different funnels and audiences.
- Create assets for paid ads and organic social media.
- Collaborate directly with growth, marketing, and founders.
- Iterate on designs based on performance data.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of design experience (8+ years is a plus).
- Proven track record of shipping real work, not just portfolio pieces.
- Ability to design and build in Webflow.
- Experience building high-converting landing pages.
- Experience creating organic social creatives and paid ad creatives.
- Ability to manage projects with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in motion graphics.
- Arabic fluency.
