About the Role
As a Producer, you will be an integral part of our production team, ensuring projects run smoothly from calculation and crew planning to the final call sheet. Your organizational talent, negotiation skills, and keen sense for people and budgets will successfully bring creative productions to life.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the calculation of productions and their organizational and commercial implementation.
- Create schedules for projects to ensure smooth progress with the internal team, freelancers, and clients.
- Responsible for general administrative tasks and research.
- Responsible for crew planning and coordination.
- Responsible for creating call sheets, talent contracts, bookings, and all other elements of a successful production.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in advertising film production.
- High self-motivation and negotiation skills.
- Team player with a passion for organization.
- Very good German language skills.
- Conversational English language skills.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
