About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will act as an inspirational role model, leading and coaching your team to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service. You will be accountable for driving the team to meet performance targets, implementing a customer-centric mindset, and ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members in KPI achievement and customer service.
- Drive the team to achieve performance targets and define action plans.
- Coach, develop, and appraise the team.
- Manage recruiting, succession planning, and networking.
- Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
- Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures and policies are followed.
- Build and maintain awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing findings with management and the retail team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, train, and develop the team through active management.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Willingness to constantly learn and develop.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
