About the Role
Summit Health is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our established group at our White Plains, NY location. Nurse Practitioners provide general medical care and treatment to Summit Health patients in collaboration with a licensed physician, including health maintenance, management of acute/episodic illnesses, and management of stable chronic illnesses.
Responsibilities
- Conducting physical examinations
- Interpreting lab tests and overseeing patients’ health
- Providing gynecological care
- Wellness Women exams
- Breast Cancer screening
- Pap smears
Requirements
- Board Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
- Collaboration with a licensed physician
- Adherence to an approved written practice agreement and guidelines
