About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Business Analysis at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will lead and team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. You'll do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual CDX strategy
- Partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny strategic questions, using a consulting-style model
- Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, such as AI transformation
- Support the organization’s intelligence unit, providing analytics, landscape assessments, thematic deep dives, and more
- Set the vision for long-term product innovation, including partnering with engineering to deliver product prototypes
- Obsess about internal and external customer satisfaction by establishing trusted, close touch relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to CDX organization’s strategic capabilities (e.g., by developing and delivering trainings)
- Role model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work efficiency, quality, and fun
Requirements
- Exceptional strategy and strategic problem-solving skills, with a record of answering hard questions in ambiguous areas
- A strong product orientation, including a record of understanding customers’ needs and working backwards to deliver experiences and solutions that deliver results for the customer and the business
- An innovation mindset, characterized by a future orientation, the ability to set a vision, and a willingness to push boundaries
