About the Role
The Risk Management Product team is seeking an experienced Product leader to lead the strategic transformation of our Technology and Data Risk Management technology platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team that is on a mission to redesign how we manage risk, leveraging technology and AI to make risk management more nimble and lower risk. You will be a key member of the Technology and Data Risk Management leadership team, leading a team of Product Managers and partnering closely with Engineering and Design to drive results. This role offers exposure to key risk management processes and decision makers, enabling change across all lines of business at Capital One with excellence, combining innovation, user experience, and well-managed outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
