About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to join the Customer Resiliency team and lead the Collections and Recoveries Web and Mobile experiences. This role brings humanity and simplicity to customers in distress, helping them use credit wisely and changing banking for good. You will be responsible for the Collections and Recoveries customer experience via mobile app and web, impacting millions of customers and driving significant business value. You will collaborate with design, marketing, operations, compliance, business analysts, and data scientists to envision and execute future CR experiences. This is a people leadership role overseeing product managers for two web and two mobile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Collections and Recoveries Web and Mobile experiences.
  • Manage the Collections and Recoveries customer experience via the mobile app and web presence.
  • Envision the future destination of CR experiences and bring those visions to life.
  • Lead product managers who oversee two web teams and two mobile teams.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Requirements

  • Product management experience working in both web and mobile full stack environments.
  • People leadership experience.
  • Balanced decision making, teamwork, and product skills to manage Collections customer experiences.
  • Exceptional judgment and stakeholder management skills to create a unified customer experience roadmap.
  • Comfortable in deep partnership with a broad coalition of functions.
  • Deep respect for keeping promises to customers and managing them in a provably well-managed way.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
