About the Role

Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a compliance-first mindset, ensuring all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met.
- Educate clients on how to leverage mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
- Identify client needs by actively listening and pairing them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
- Greet customers and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50-mile radius.
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Must be able to attend all required training sessions

Salary/Compensations
- $51,542 - $54,600 for Branch Ambassador (prorated for part-time)
