About the Role

Drive the growth and acceleration of Advanced Wound Management products in the hospital channel within the NSW region.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted sales, market share, and focus products within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products.
  • Ensure territory planning activities maximize return on investment.
  • Utilize knowledge of Marketing and Hospital Channel Strategy to assertively encompass correct territory sales tactics.
  • Utilize Challenger Methodology to maximize the customer’s sales experience.
  • Collaborate with other S&N staff where territory responsibilities overlap.
  • Adhere to all company policies.
  • Complete all reports thoroughly and accurately by due dates.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach to work processes using sales automation to improve workflow, time management, communication, and client contact time.

Requirements

  • Formal education in Business or a relevant medical field.
  • Prior sales experience within the healthcare industry is critical.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand.
  • Working knowledge of wound care or a related area.
  • Proven success selling into hospitals.
  • Up to 25% domestic travel required.
