About the Role
Join ASX, a leading global securities exchange and trusted market operator, as a Customer Floor Concierge. You will be part of a team responsible for assisting with facilities-related queries and requirements across all ASX sites, and managing facilities-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and escort them to their meeting rooms.
- Prepare espresso coffees and other beverages at a Barista level.
- Provide professional and discreet food and beverage service.
- Ensure timely and correct setup of meeting rooms.
- Respond to queries promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with event setup and execution.
- Demonstrate initiative in taking on additional duties with shifting priorities.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of customer floor and event spaces.
- Provide reception services and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Requirements
- Proven 5-star food and beverage experience (corporate waiter, first-class lounge, or high-end hotel background preferred).
- Experience making coffee at a Barista level.
- Experience in restaurants, conferencing, or events environments.
- Excellent communication and superior customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
- High energy, flexible approach, and immaculate presentation.
- Valid RSA and food handling certificates.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Experience working as part of a small team.
- Ability to work with and serve all levels of Management.
- Current first aid certificate.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Legally authorized to work in Australia on a permanent basis without restrictions.
