About the Role
This role is responsible for the daily and monthly calculation of performance returns, delivering performance, attribution, and ex post risk statistics for Fixed Income funds, and providing detailed explanations on performance numbers to fund managers.
Responsibilities
- Daily and monthly calculation of performance returns across Fixed Income funds
- Deliver performance, attribution, and ex post risk statistics for Fixed Income funds
- Provide detailed explanations to fund managers on performance numbers, with a strong focus on fixed income attribution numbers
- Maintain strong relationships with the fund managers and fixed income investment specialists
- Ensure that queries are investigated appropriately and resolved within specified timeframes
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience within the asset management industry in a performance measurement role
- Strong working knowledge of Fixed Income Attribution
- Detailed understanding of underlying analytics used to drive attribution results
- Understanding of a wide range of instrument types would be advantageous, including derivatives
- Experience of Aladdin application is preferred
- Strong working proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of VBA and SQL is preferred
