About the Role

The Robert Bosch Stiftung is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Future-Proof Education System team in Berlin, focusing on data-driven quality development. This role involves contributing to the development and implementation of the education program's strategy, managing projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders in the education sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the impact-oriented strategy for the education program.
Conceive, design, and execute projects focused on data-driven quality development in the education system.
Communicate and collaborate with representatives from school practice, administration, civil society, and educational science.
Manage budgets, including planning, controlling, and administration.
Monitor supported projects.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct events and business trips related to the topic.
Participate in the selection, implementation, and support of funding projects.
Serve as a contact person and representative of the foundation for projects, content, and topics within the education program.

Requirements

Completed relevant university degree with a professional connection to data-driven quality development in the education system.
Several years of professional experience with thematic and practical relevance, including proven project management experience.
Good knowledge of relevant actors in the education system, civil society, and politics.
Experience in initiating and maintaining multidisciplinary collaborations.
Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding of commercial and administrative work.
Willingness to travel for business.
