About the Role
This role provides administrative, coordination, and operational support across the Governance, Risk & Assurance division. Working closely with governance, risk, resilience, and assurance professionals, you will support team operations, coordinate activities, maintain records and reporting, and contribute to the delivery of key business outcomes. This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive, customer-focused and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and business support across the division.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and team activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting papers and business documentation.
- Maintain records, registers and information management systems.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and coordinate responses to enquiries.
- Support reporting, compliance and assurance activities.
- Build productive relationships with stakeholders across the department.
- Contribute to process improvements and effective service delivery.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound judgement and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- A customer-focused and collaborative approach.
- Administration, business support or coordination experience.
- Experience supporting reporting, meetings, projects or operational activities.
- An interest in governance, risk, resilience, assurance or corporate services.
- Obtain approval from your current Manager before applying.
