About the Role
The Assistant Web Producer will support the global web production and e-commerce operations team, focusing on the maintenance and enhancement of e-commerce and content websites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to website updates, ensuring efficient production processes, trafficking of creative assets, implementing code changes, and collaborating on new site initiatives across all e-commerce and content platforms.
- Work closely with Design, Product, Digital Content, and Site Merchants Teams to prepare for all website updates, ensuring alignment on strategies and execution timelines.
- Assist in managing key web production tools and systems, including content SFCC, Jira, Dynamic Yield and Adobe.
- Support rigorous testing of responsive websites across all global properties to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Assist in gathering and defining project requirements for all campaign pushes and site requests.
- Participate in defining, optimizing, and implementing web production processes, utilizing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in content delivery and e-commerce operations.
- Analyze the website to pinpoint areas for improvement, implement necessary enhancements, and ensure users have an optimal experience, focusing on site speed and image quality.
- Ensure that all web content adheres to company standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory compliance, including web accessibility standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of E-commerce Web Production and Development experience
- Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with Dynamic Yield is highly desired
- Experience with JIRA is highly desired
- Experience with Salesforce is highly desired
- Experience with page designer is highly desired
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Excel
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated and self-starter approach
