About the Role
Lead complex Microsoft 365 transformation programs that reshape the way organisations work. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and delivering large-scale tenant migrations, M&A integrations, divestitures and digital workplace transformations, working directly with customers to solve complex challenges across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture, design and delivery
- Drive large-scale tenant-to-tenant migrations, consolidations and separations
- Design coexistence, cutover and migration strategies for complex M&A programs
- Provide technical leadership across engineering teams and customer engagements
- Own solution quality, governance, security and delivery outcomes
- Mentor consultants and engineers while helping shape the future of the Modern Work practice
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft 365 consulting and architecture experience
- Experience leading migration and transformation programs
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions
- Hands-on technical capability combined with strategic thinking
