About the Role

The Operations Assistant provides clerical and client support services to ensure the operational effectiveness of the Court. Services include courtroom assistance, processing court documents, daily correspondence, data entry, and records management.

Responsibilities

  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the Court and registry.
  • Monitoring court proceedings and maintaining court files including exhibit management.
  • Contributing to the efficient running of the Court.
  • Preparing files and correspondence for processing, including subpoena material and exhibits.
