About the Role

This role supports business initiatives by transforming complex information into clear, actionable messaging and resources that drive understanding, adoption, and results. The associate partners with initiative owners and business stakeholders, leading change-related initiatives to support line of business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Translating complex business initiatives into clear, actionable messaging for associates and leaders.
  • Developing and maintaining initiative-related content, toolkits, guides, FAQs, leader resources, and reference materials.
  • Partnering with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and simplify information for end-user consumption.
  • Managing content publication schedules, ensuring timely delivery of key updates.
  • Monitoring engagement, adoption, and effectiveness of messaging and resources.
  • Driving consistency in voice, format, and quality across all associate-facing materials.
  • Supporting readiness forums and routines through preparation of materials and updates.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve content delivery through technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing associate-facing content, readiness resources, or initiative support materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and actionable information.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content organization skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Experience supporting change management, associate readiness, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Bank organizational structure, processes, and resources, with demonstrated ability to effectively navigate across lines of business and functions.
  • Understanding of brand standards.
  • Experience leveraging data and feedback to measure effectiveness and improve associate communications.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI, or digital tools to enhance content delivery and business processes.
  • Prior Business Banking experience and/or familiarity with the Business Banking platform, products, processes, and resources preferred.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
