About the Role

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to support its high-growth Customer Success Group (CSG) and Tech and Product organizations. This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, focusing on building and maintaining talent pipelines, direct sourcing, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep, proactive talent pipelines for CSG and tech roles.
  • Map competitors, identify passive candidates, and refresh talent pools ahead of business demand.
  • Drive high-volume sourcing efforts for fast-paced Sales and tech hiring.
  • Deliver a consistent flow of qualified, assessed candidates to recruiting partners.
  • Use advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach strategies to engage passive talent.
  • Quickly translate vague or shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Attraction recruiting team.
  • Hand off warm, pipeline-ready candidates and proactively apply qualified talent to multiple open opportunities.
  • Serve as a talent market expert, tracking competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Advise recruiting partners on sourcing strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house).
  • Proven track record supporting Sales or Tech and Product hiring in a high-velocity environment.
  • Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
  • Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates through advanced direct-sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, competitive intelligence).
  • Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a highly fluid, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong ability to write compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into active conversations.
  • Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets.
  • Ability to articulate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition to passive candidates.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of sourcing workstreams simultaneously and deliver pipeline on deadline.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google preferred.
  • Experience in a dedicated sourcing or research function within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with talent intelligence tools is a plus.
