About the Role

Join the Reserve Bank's Payments Operations Program to strengthen Australia's national payments infrastructure. This role focuses on analyzing knowledge management and training requirements, and coordinating the development and rollout of new arrangements and content for critical national payments infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document detailed knowledge management and training requirements.
  • Develop new processes and procedures for knowledge management arrangements and training framework.
  • Coordinate the build of new knowledge content and training material.
  • Assist with other business analysis work within the Payments Operations Programs.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager (KM & Training) and Senior Business SME to deliver the Knowledge Management and Training workstream.
  • Collaborate with the broader POP team, external professional services firms, and relevant staff in Payments Settlements and IT.
  • Work and collaborate with multiple high-performing teams committed to team goals and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise and experience in business analysis.
  • Outcomes driven with a strong delivery focus.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation structure.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication across delivery and support teams.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams including IT and operations.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience in prioritizing and working in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong team player.
  • Familiarity of banking or payment systems is desirable.
