About the Role
As a Project Transformation, Risk Assurance Senior Associate at PwC, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, providing advisory and practical support across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas. This role is integral to our commitment to growth and delivering distinctive value for our clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of programme governance and programme management strategies.
- Lead or support overall project finance management, including developing forecasts, variance analysis, and expense management.
- Develop management and executive reporting.
- Assist in rolling out leading practice programme management services such as benefits realization, quality assurance, and decision management.
- Work with and present to senior programme leadership within large scale programmes.
- Deliver and/or assess large complex programs or projects.
- Support Managers with responses to client proposals and drive impactful conversations with senior client leaders.
- Act to resolve issues that prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience in Programme Management and Project Assurance of large Transformation projects.
- Proven experience supporting implementations of large complex system/transformation initiatives.
- Confident with implementing or performing project assessments, programme gateway reviews, and risk-based reviews.
- Certified Project Manager or in the process of obtaining certification (PMP, CAPM, APM BOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization).
- Understanding of core project management process areas (IT governance, quality assurance, or SDLC), project management software/tools, and/or ERP or industry-specific applications.
- Self-motivated to begin and continue tasks committed to achieving project goals.
- Ability to effectively negotiate, problem-solve, and influence through verbal and written communications.
- Ability to present reports to and negotiate findings with senior stakeholders and executive management.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
