About the Role
This role owns the full product loop for one of Pharos's most established product areas, including understanding its current functionality, defining future development, and ensuring alignment across the company. The position involves direct customer interaction, strategic roadmap planning, and leveraging AI in daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the model of how the product actually works and keep it current.
- Develop a visible roadmap with clear reasons, owners, and defined scope.
- Manage the process from initial customer feedback to actionable decisions.
- Conduct direct conversations with enterprise customers, including those requiring a 'no'.
- Translate product direction into actionable work for the Engineering team.
- Communicate product changes and rationale to Sales, Support, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Experience owning a mature, complicated product with a history of workarounds and an established customer base.
- Direct experience engaging with enterprise customers through discovery calls, pilots, and advisory relationships.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer or market needs into buildable requirements for Engineering.
- Experience simplifying or improving complex products.
- Proficiency in using AI as a standard tool for problem-solving.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
