About the Role
The Product Analyst supports the Flight Operations Technology squad, acting as a conduit between business and technology. This role is accountable for maintaining existing systems and developing new ones to help the business achieve its objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and systems, and support the delivery of new features, enhancements, and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a conduit between the business and technology.
- Maintain existing systems.
- Develop new systems to enable business objectives and strategic outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve their processes and systems.
- Support the delivery of new features, enhancements, and initiatives.
- Govern service partners to ensure product features are delivered to commitments and meet business requirements and service levels.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve strategic problems.
- Operate in IT Delivery environments from concept to BAU.
- Work with data sets to deduce accurate insights.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to various audiences.
- Manage projects, change, or vendors.
- Work in Operations and/or ongoing product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis, Product or IT Support or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated technical expertise and practical experience within a specific technical area.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processes.
- Prior experience with, and strong comfort using, collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence to document and manage stories.
- Demonstrated understanding and use of modern delivery frameworks and their methodologies.
