About the Role
Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at Fonda-Fultonville Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with children, enjoy encouraging curiosity and creativity, and want to support student growth.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, and art.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and fun environment, acting as a positive role model for children.
- Adhere to state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
- Support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Required health clearance, including TB screening.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.

- $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
