About the Role
KPMG is seeking an Advisory Intern for its Advisory practice. The role involves helping clients navigate change and transform their competitive edge through AI and digital innovation, within a people-first culture that fosters growth and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Help execute and develop processes and strategy improvements across multiple procurement, supply chain and operations disciplines.
- Support service delivery and/or software implementation projects within the supply chain continuum.
- Develop and sustain relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
- Contribute to design, preparation and analysis of reports and findings.
- Complete quantitative and qualitative analysis in a structured and scalable format.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology trends, including cloud, machine learning and AI, to drive data-driven decisions, target operating models and new business strategies for clients.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations or equivalent program.
- Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or E-commerce operations.
- Interest and aptitude for technology such as Coupa, Ivalua, JDA, Oracle Commerce Cloud, SAP and Ariba preferred.
- Strong technical, business acumen, critical thinking and agility skills.
- Demonstrated ability to excel and drive strategic outcomes, coupled with a professional demeanor and a collaborative leadership approach, in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Ability to leverage common business technologies, including MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) and AI, and quickly learn KPMG tools and applications.
- Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to apply professional judgment and skepticism, manage priorities across multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work in a professional services capacity.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation.
