About the Role
As a Data & Technology Summer Associate at Capital Group, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting teams that leverage data, analytics, and technology to drive business outcomes. You will strengthen your analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills while developing a deeper understanding of how data and technology support a global investment management organization. This program provides experience within one of the business areas represented in the full-time Data & Technology Track of the Capital Group Rotational Program.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship now or in the future
