About the Role

Responsibilities
- Be integrated into a project team from the start and learn from experienced colleagues daily.
- Collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions for complex issues.
- Support the team in formulating concrete recommendations.
- Work closely with consultants, senior consultants, and managers.
- Conceive and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Continuously interact with the project team and the client.
- Conduct interviews and analyze market data.
- Present results and develop solution concepts.
- Create documents for client presentations and workshops.
Requirements
- Advanced studies with excellent academic performance in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- Initial relevant experience in consulting firms or an industrial group.
- Strong interest in business strategies and models, future-oriented technologies and digital strategies, and complex tasks.
- Team orientation and enjoyment of direct communication.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
- Availability for a minimum of 8 weeks.
