About the Role
We are seeking an Order Management Representative to provide administrative support to our order management team. This team is responsible for overseeing the order to cash cycle for single-phase and three-phase Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) products and projects.
Responsibilities
- Cancel and adjust order lines as needed.
- Retrieve invoices from a centralized web application and ensure timely submission to customers via email.
- Perform general order management administration and data cleanup as instructed.
- Navigate emails, process queries, and respond to orders efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or Oracle.
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in French, is a plus.
- Customer service orientation.
- Project work/supporting projects experience.
- Engineering degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
