About the Role
As a Common Law Claims Advisor within the NSW CTP Claims team, you will support customers through their recovery journey while delivering fair, timely, and sustainable claim outcomes. You will manage a portfolio of complex personal injury claims, working closely with customers, solicitors, medical professionals, and internal specialists to achieve just and efficient resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex Common Law personal injury claims from start to resolution
- Negotiate pre-proceedings and litigated claims with claimants, solicitors and stakeholders
- Review and interpret medical, financial, rehabilitation and investigative evidence to make sound decisions
- Develop and execute effective claims strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes
- Attend settlement conferences and hearings as required
- Collaborate with Technical Advisors, Injury Management Advisors and Legal teams
- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements and internal procedures
