About the Role
Catholic Health Physicians Practices strives to deliver clinically excellent medical care. We are looking for an EEG Tech / Neuro Tech to provide the highest quality of patient care as an integral part of the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Enter patient demographic and clinical data to support reporting and/or integration with electronic medical records.
- Perform all EEGs with an emphasis on quality tracings.
- Perform evoked response testing, including VER/BAER/SSEP testing.
- Manage equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels for all related consumable supplies.
- Order necessary supplies.
- Set up and clean up the testing environment.
Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Successful completion of EEG training from an accredited school.
- Competent in detection of cardiac arrhythmias.
- Ability to operate EEG and Neurodiagnostic Testing equipment.
- Ability to perform extended periods of walking and sitting.
- Ability to bend, stretch, reach, and handle delicate objects.
- Ability to lift and position patients.
- Ability to cope with physical and emotional stress.
- Ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically.
- Ability to handle information with strict confidentiality.
- Willingness to upgrade skills with the evolution of technology.

Experience Level

- USD $23.98 - USD $38.66 /Hr.
