About the Role

Metriport is revolutionizing healthcare data exchange by transforming unusable raw data into a clean format that care teams use to improve outcomes. We are building the system of record for all of US healthcare, starting with data exchange and expanding to become the infrastructure layer healthcare runs on.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the partnership.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases, technical requirements, and success criteria.
Participate in weekly syncs with onboarding customers to ensure they are deriving value from the product and have successfully integrated Metriport.
Maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins and continuous support.
Provide technical expertise on product capabilities, integrations, and implementation.
Troubleshoot and debug customer issues, collaborating with the engineering team when necessary.
Manage customer requests and issues by assessing priority, coordinating with engineering, tracking progress, and communicating resolutions.
Update the team on customer status, raise issues, and discuss customer feedback integration.
Proactively communicate relevant product updates and new feature releases.
Participate in sprint planning, retro sessions, and quarterly planning.
Manage APIs and integrations for seamless customer functionality.
Work with customers from onboarding to production roll-out.
Attend a daily 30-minute remote stand-up at 7:30 am PST Mon-Fri.

Requirements

6+ years experience supporting software implementation.
Full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js.
Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area (or willing to relocate).
Familiarity with healthcare terms such as HIPAA, FHIR, HIE, IHE, EHR/EMR, NPI, TEFCA, ADT, HL7, HEDIS, RAF, SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-10 is a plus.
