About the Role
Travel + Leisure Co. is the world's leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivated Barista with strong customer service skills and a genuine love for coffee to join our Sydney team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality drinks to guests.
- Ensure the cafe area is clean, organized, and stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage, cafe, or bar environment is desirable
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Experience in mixing and serving beverages
- Experienced barista with a passion for coffee
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, morning, evenings and school holiday period across a 7-day roster
