About the Role

Join Accenture's Management Consulting practice, focusing on the retail, consumer goods, or travel industries. You will help organizations accelerate customer and industry-led transformation agendas by advising on strategies, operating models, technology investments, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client workstreams to solve priority business challenges across growth, customer experience, commercial effectiveness, operations, and transformation execution.
  • Translate strategic objectives into structured initiatives, actionable plans, and business capability improvements.
  • Assess current-state business models, processes, and organizational capabilities to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders to align on issues and support decision-making.
  • Develop clear, insight-led deliverables including assessments, recommendations, roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
  • Support opportunity development and client account growth through industry insights and proposal contributions.
  • Coach and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality work and foster a strong team culture.

Requirements

  • Experience working with top consulting firms is a big plus.
  • Proven experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles, with strong exposure to retail, consumer goods, or travel industry clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations, and translate insights into actionable transformation plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
