About the Role

Accenture Strategy is a division focused on shaping the future of businesses, working on growth, cost, operating model, and transformation agendas. The team provides strategic insights and solutions to help organizations transform and thrive. This role offers an opportunity to become a core member of the Strategy team, working with clients on complex problems and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a client project, including relationships with various senior stakeholders.
Lead high-performing teams in an inclusive and collaborative way.
Coach and mentor others.
Structure problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most material challenges.
Communicate effectively in a structured manner, with all audiences.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years’ experience in strategy consulting.
Track record of leading and managing high performing teams.
Strong strategy technical skills – qualitative and quantitative analysis, complex problem solving, industry or functional experience.
First class written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent academic records.
